How do I book a consultation?
Consultations can be booked through our website. Please ensure you book at least 24 hours in advance and check your email for confirmation.

What if I already have designs but need help refining them?
Our Design Development service is perfect for refining existing designs, improving structure, or making your ideas more industry ready.

Yes, we work with over 80 trusted suppliers and can handle both local and international sourcing based on your needs.
What’s your production capacity?
We can produce between 1500 - 2500 pcs garments per month, depending on design and complexity. while still offering flexibility for small-batch runs with low MOQs.
What Are Your Payment Terms?
Payment terms for any designing service and sampling are due in full, and production fees are paid with a 50% deposit, and 50% upon delivery.
What Are Your Turnaround Times?
All Studio Level Production is contracted with quick turnarounds of 4-8 weeks, with rush deliveries available in as little as 1-4 weeks, with a rush fee applied. Sampling are contracted with an 6-8 week turnaround, from the agreed-upon start date. Start dates are based on receipt of all designs, fabrics, and trims by the customer, and Creative Platform current schedule at the time of contracting. Contracts are provided with a 6 months time period to complete the project.
How Do You Ensure Production Quality?
All production projects are managed by a designated production manager, eliminating the need for a personal production manager. The Creative Platform production manager coordinates all steps of the production with the client and related partners. They serve as your coordinator and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, as well as ensure the specified quality and schedule is met.

Our branding packages include logo design, color palettes, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, photoshoot direction, and website design.
Do you offer photoshoots and lookbooks?
Yes, we offer e-commerce, lookbook, and studio level content creation tailored to your collection and brand needs.
