How to Book Your Consultation

1. Choose Your Date
Select your preferred consultation date and please note that bookings must be made at least one day in advance.

2. One Booking Per Week
To ensure quality and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you limit bookings to one session per week.

3. Confirm Your Contact Details
Double check that your email address and phone number are entered correctly. Your booking confirmation will be sent to you via both. If you don’t receive it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Booking Window & Rescheduling

• Consultation slots are released 7 days in advance, and bookings can be made up to 23 hours before your appointment.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us by phone or email at least 3 hours before your scheduled session.
