General Terms of Service 

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Creative Platform Fashion Designing (“Creative Platform”) to its professional clients. By making a payment, the client confirms full acceptance of these terms. Creative Platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing. All quotes are valid for four (4) working days; after this period, pricing may be subject to change.


2. Order Placement & Confirmation
a. Orders must be submitted in writing via email or official communication.
b. An order is confirmed only upon:


Written approval from the client
Receipt of the advance payment as outlined in Section 9
c. Upon confirmation, Creative Platform will issue an Order Confirmation outlining:
– Product descriptions, quantities, and pricing
– Estimated delivery date
– Payment terms and methods
– Company legal address
d. All delivery dates are estimates and depend on material availability, project complexity, and timely client approvals.


3. Cancellations & Modifications
a. Once confirmed, orders are non-refundable due to the allocation of dedicated time and resources.
b. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of payment.
c. Post-confirmation modifications may affect delivery timelines and may incur additional costs.


4. Fabric Handling & Responsibility
a. If Creative Platform damages client-supplied fabric:
– The cost will be reimbursed upon valid proof of purchase
– The service charge for that item will be refunded
b. Creative Platform is not liable for:
– Fabric defects beyond our control (e.g., dye specks, stains)
– Quality issues discovered after production has started
c. For fabric sourcing:
– Clients are responsible for final fabric approval
– Supplier invoices are available upon request
– Disputes must be addressed by the client directly with the supplier
– If procurement beyond information-sharing is required, additional service fees apply.


5. Design Services
a. Each client is entitled to:
– Up to 3 minor and 1 major change prior to design finalization
– Major change: Redesigning completed illustrations, prints, or tech packs
– Minor change: Small updates requiring under 5 minutes
b. All design-related services are non-refundable after the 48-hour window
c. Applies to: flat sketches, tech packs, brand development, BTS content, and more


6. Sampling
a. All design approvals must be finalized before sampling begins. Samples are created based on signed-off flat/tech drawings. Any post-approval changes will be chargeable.
b. Toile Stage: Includes up to 10 free non-design adjustments (e.g., minor fit corrections). Design changes during the toile stage require a remake and will be charged.
c. Final Sample Stage: Includes 2 free minor alterations (under 15 minutes). Additional requests are chargeable.
d. If a sampling order exceeds 3 months due to client-side delays, Creative Platform reserves the right to cancel the project.


7. Production Terms
a. A Purchase Order (PO) must be approved before production begins.
– MOQ: 10 pieces per style (up to 3 sizes, minimum 3 pcs per size, same color)
– Breaking MOQ incurs a 15% surcharge
– A pre-production or final sample is mandatory
– Our standard size chart applies unless a custom one is provided
b. No changes to style, size, or quantity are allowed after PO approval
c. Creative Platform is not liable for delays caused by:
– Late fabric or trim deliveries
– Third-party courier issues
– Unresponsiveness from the client


8. Invoicing & Payment
a. Invoices will include order details, pricing, and payment instructions
b. Repeat services may be priced differently
c. Accepted payment methods:
– Cash, cheque, bank transfer, Western Union
– Credit card & online payments (add 3% for UAE cards, 4% for international cards)
– Clients are responsible for covering bank fees and currency exchange differences


9. Payment Terms
– Design Orders → 100% upfront
– Sampling Orders → 75% upfront
– Production Orders → 50% upfront
The remaining balance must be cleared before delivery. Goods cannot be removed from the premises until full payment is received. Inspection before final payment is permitted but does not authorize collection.


10. Quality Control & Inspection
a. All products undergo 2 rounds of quality checks before delivery
b. Clients are encouraged to inspect items at the studio under adequate lighting
c. Quality concerns must be reported within:
– 72 hours (for regular orders)
– 1 week (for orders exceeding 300 units)
d. If a defect is found, a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be conducted


11. Warranty & Returns
a. Creative Platform offers a 6-week warranty on stitching and workmanship, beginning from the date of studio pickup or courier delivery
b. The warranty does not cover:
– Fabric issues
– Design dissatisfaction
– Accessories (e.g., crystals, embroidery)
c. Returns are subject to approval and require valid documentation of the defect.


12. Incomplete Orders & Liability
a. If Creative Platform cannot complete an order due to external issues:
– Clients will not be charged for unfinished pieces
– No compensation will be provided for missed retail sales
b. If the client fails to pay the balance, Creative Platform reserves the right to sell the goods without notice.


13. Confidentiality & Property Rights
a. All client data is treated as confidential and used solely for project execution
b. Creative Platform is not liable for lost or damaged materials provided by the client
c. Confidential information is only shared internally with essential staff
d. An NDA is required for full privacy
e. Creative Platform reserves the right to showcase work unless an NDA restricts it.
