Basic Consultation

How to Book:

To book your Basic Consultation, follow these simple steps:

1. Select Date and Time: Choose a suitable date and time for your visit. Consultations are available from 10 am to 4 pm.

2. One Booking per Week: To accommodate high demand, please make only one booking per week.

3. Check Your Email: Ensure your email address is entered correctly. Your confirmation will be sent to this address. If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Important Booking Details:

• Meeting Duration: Each consultation session has a maximum duration of one hour.

• Refundable Fee: The charge for the meeting is refundable, but only if it results in any service being booked with Creative Platform.

• New Bookings: New consultation slots are released weekly, and you can book up to 1 day before your desired appointment.

• Rescheduling/Cancellation: If your circumstances change, you can reschedule or cancel your booking by contacting us via email or phone up to 3 hours before your scheduled slot.

Meeting Platform:

• We use Google Meet for our consultations. You can download the app for a better experience or use any browser to connect.
